\nDepend deal agreement with customer and depend our supplier rules :<\/p>\n

deposit as 30 %\u00a0 in advance (for American or Canadian origin paper) as 50% in advance (for EU origin paper) before loading and then final balance payment within a week after loading against loading pictures & final invoice & draft BL sent by email.
\nAfter we receive balance payment, original documents will be sent by courier (OBL as TLX or SWB allowed) at our expense .<\/p>\n

note: for conditions FOB (if available) , payment 100% in advance before loading<\/p>\n

2. DOCUMENTS<\/strong>
\nstandard documents provided in any deal
\n– final invoice
\n– packing list
\n– Bill of Lading (preferred as telex release or sea way bill) – for sea transport only
\n– CMR – for land transport only
\n– loading pictures (by email)<\/p>\n

additional documents (on request only – additional fees can happen) :
\n– certificate of origin
\n– EUR1 or\u00a0 ATR – for EU origin goods only
\n– documents confirmed by Chamber of Commerce\u00a0 (extra cost at the customer expense)<\/p>\n

3.SAMPLES<\/strong>
\nWe don’t have free courier service for new or no active customers.
\nIn this reason you have to arrange pick up samples from our Polish office or we need your customer number in an international courier company.<\/p>\n
